I am a fourth year student at UC Santa Cruz, majoring in Feminist Studies. Through the Global Information Internship Program (GIIP) I will be traveling to Kano, Nigeria during summer 2008 to work with local organizations and assist with their technology issues as well as train organizers in new skills.
